Greenstone Partners announced that Alex Cohen has joined the firm as an investment associate. Cohen brings advisory experience across more than $315 million of urban Chicago investment sales and nationwide capital markets transactions.

ISS has appointed industry leader Brian Velo as senior vice president of sales for ISS North America. Before joining ISS, Velo was responsible for enterprise solutions as senior managing director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Prior to that, at Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services, Velo oversaw new business development for the eastern region of the U.S.

Brennan Investment Group announced that Harrison Wright has been promoted to vice president, corporate real estate solutions. In his new role, he will originate and execute corporate real estate solutions nationwide, partnering with occupiers that will include both surplus assets and sale-leasebacks.

Indianapolis-based Ambrose, a vertically integrated investment manager, announced several promotions across the firm. Dan Kmiecik and Todd Justus have been promoted to senior development manager. Additionally, David Dunbar has been promoted to market officer.

Dan Taylor has been promoted to vice president of PREMIER Design + Build Group’s Columbus office. With more than two decades of construction experience spanning mission-critical, industrial, multifamily, and luxury high-rise residential projects, he has established himself as a key leader since joining the firm.
