Lamar Johnson Collaborative (LJC) announced the hiring of Lisa Dziekan as Principal, Economic Development. Dziekan brings extensive experience and a strategic approach to creating Public-Private Partnerships that drive economic development with a lens on the partners and innovation ecosystems that are leading growing industry opportunities. In her new role, Dziekan will be responsible for driving forward projects, initiatives and relationships that propel growth and impact across Chicagoland and other markets for LJC, Clayco and its subsidiaries.

Holly Fuller, CPM, has joined CBRE as director and market leader of property management in Columbus. In this role, Fuller will lead a team of 106 real estate managers and building engineers overseeing CBRE’s 21.9 million-square-foot portfolio of retail, industrial and office assets across the region. She has over 24 years of commercial property management experience. Throughout her career, Fuller has managed more than 450 retail, multifamily and office properties across the U.S., totaling over 5.6 million square feet.

Lee & Associates announced that Marc Siemers, SIOR, has joined the firm as an executive vice president. He will play an integral role in expanding Lee & Associates’ downtown office market coverage. Siemers is an experienced real estate broker with a decade-long tenure in brokerage and site selection at firms including OMNE Partners and Cushman & Wakefield. He began his real estate career in Omaha.

Yvonne Mortimer has returned to Baird & Warner, rejoining the firm, the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in Illinois, in the role of director of broker development. In this new position, Mortimer is responsible for overseeing talent recruitment at Baird & Warner, working closely with managing brokers of the firm’s 25 offices.
