White Lodging has hired Noah Hoppe as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Jared Garner as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Hoppe joins White Lodging after spending nearly two decades with Hyatt Hotels, where he held a variety of senior finance roles. Garner joins White Lodging with more than twenty years of experience representing hotel owners, developers, managers and brands, both in-house and at law firms.
Alliance Industrial Company announced Cory Welper has joined as Managing Director of its new Midwest Division. Formerly of Bridge Industrial, Welper will oversee all industrial development, investment and construction for the Chicago-based Midwest Region, which will initially focus on development opportunities within the greater Chicago area with plans to expand to other Midwest markets.
Colliers | Detroit announced the addition of Bradley Carver and Jonathan Katz. Carver brings over a decade of leadership experience in the commercial real estate auction space to the role. Prior to joining Colliers, he served as a Managing Director at Ten-X, where he was instrumental in the execution of over $2 billion in CRE and note sales. Katz also joined Colliers after serving as a managing director at Ten-X. Throughout his 13-year career, he has closed over 700 transactions across various sectors, including retail, office, and multifamily. Carver and Katz will join Colliers Executive Vice President Barry Swatsenbarg and his team.
Essex Realty Group has promoted Joe Kahlhammer to Director. Kahlhammer joined Essex in 2023 and focuses primarily on transactions in Chicago’s South and West-side neighborhoods. Prior to joining Essex, Kahlhammer worked in the construction management and commercial brokerage industries. In his time at Essex, he has facilitated over $43.47 million in transactions across 731 units throughout Chicagoland.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Joshua Crane has joined the firm as a Senior Director. Crane brings to the firm more than 25 years of commercial real estate leasing experience and augments Cushman & Wakefield’s suburban Chicago office and healthcare agency leasing capabilities, including delivering comprehensive marketing, brand development and lease-negotiation services for investors’ new development and landmark assets.
