Sherman Associates announced four promotions within its development team. Dan Collison has been promoted to vice president of strategic growth and public affairs; Will Anderson has been promoted to vice president of development; Meredyth Skemp has been promoted to senior developer; and Tia Jacobs has been promoted to developer.

JLL announced that Carey Sealy now leads the healthcare division’s new ambulatory and outpatient Services team, and Ben Bailey heads the integrated health and insurance and payor segments. As managing director, Sealy oversees two practices within JLL’s work dynamics healthcare division focused on ambulatory and outpatient care, while maintaining strategic oversight of healthcare compliance services and ATG, JLL’s healthcare facilities management and compliance platform. Bailey, who is a managing director, now leads both the integrated health segment, focusing on serving health systems that deliver the full continuum of care and the insurance and payor team, comprising health insurers.

Baird & Warner announced that the Guzzetta | Mercado Group has joined the firm, bringing its multi-generational team and more than a century of combined real estate experience to Baird & Warner’s Edgebrook office on Chicago’s Northwest Side. Led by husband-and-wife team Joe and Madeline Guzzetta, along with Joe’s father, Kenneth, and Joe’s brothers Bryan Mercado and Tim Guzzetta, the team made the move to Baird & Warner from RE/MAX Properties Northwest.

Kurv Industrial, formerly known as Bridge Industrial, has appointed Greg Scovitch as executive vice president, development. Based in the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Scovitch will lead Kurv’s national development platform, overseeing pipeline execution and long-term development strategy across key U.S. markets. He brings more than 25 years of development experience to Kurv, with a track record spanning industrial development, regional growth strategy, and market expansion.

Poettker Industrial Services, a woman-owned business specializing in utility, infrastructure, and renewable energy construction, won three safety awards from one of its long-standing clients, including one recognizing continued safety excellence for three consecutive years. Poettker Industrial won the Ameren-Contractor Best in Class – High Volume award for its above-average safety score in Ameren’s high-volume contractors category, designated for contractors with more than 25,000 work hours on Ameren projects in a single year.
