Cushman & Wakefield announced today the addition of Scott Pickett and Tom Miles to its Columbus brokerage team as Senior Directors. Both bring decades of experience and diverse commercial real estate backgrounds to Cushman & Wakefield and will focus primarily on the industrial sector in their new roles.

Skender has announced the appointment of two new shareholders, along with four executive and senior management promotions. The new Skender shareholders are Ryan Cotter, Preconstruction Executive, and Lauren Torres, Project Executive. The four executive and senior management promotions include Tony Scott, who has been promoted to Project Executive; Marty Barrett, who has been promoted to Senior Project Manager; Taylor Betthauser, who has been promoted to Senior Project Manager; and Brian Eddy, who has been promoted to Senior Project Manager.

Cresa has promoted Tricia Trester to President of Global Portfolio Solutions and Mark Wanic to President of Project Management. In their new, expanded roles, both executives are charged with guiding long-term strategic growth and developing enhanced, streamlined client services. Over the past 14 months, Cresa’s overall growth has been driven by the strategic acquisitions of Bluechip Insights, Fischer, and Pacific Program Management.

Lee & Associates negotiated the $1.39 million sale of a 74-acre site located at 42008 N Delany Road in Zion, Illinois. The site includes a detached residential farmhouse, aircraft hangar, barn, and machine shop. The seller, The Rita J. Mass Trust, was represented by Lee & Associates’ Rick Scardino and Tom Glusic of Coldwell Banker Realty. Kris Seegren and John Steele of RE/MAX Plaza represented the buyer, Underground Motor Sports.
