Avison Young has expanded its mission-critical, infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing platform across Chicago and the broader Midwest with the addition of Ronan Remandaban as a Principal on Avison Young’s Industrial Services team and Jesse Miranda as a Vice President. Both will sit in the firm’s Chicago office.

Baird & Warner announced that Steve Jasinski has returned to the firm after five years with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Jasinski will lead the Jasinski Home Team out of Baird & Warner’s La Grange office, with a strategic focus on Chicago’s near west suburbs as well as the greater Chicagoland area.

Joey Verrant has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Chief Operating Officer of Asset Services Multifamily. In this role, Verrant will partner closely with Asset Services Multifamily leadership to drive performance and service excellence in operations. He joins Cushman & Wakefield from Rockwell Property Co., where he served as Head of Asset Management with Multifamily operational oversight.

JLL has named Managing Director Nina Harlow Head of its Energy & Logistics business within the Industrials division. Harlow will lead interdisciplinary teams delivering workplace management and optimization, occupancy management and strategic real estate solutions. In her new role, she will work closely with JLL’s commercial, technical and account management teams.

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, announced that Jacob Gauptman has joined its Commercial Finance Group as a producer. He brings more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate debt to his role, with roughly half of that time specializing in FHA/HUD multifamily financing. Prior to joining Draper and Kramer, Gauptman worked for one of the leading HUD lenders in the U.S.

Marcus & Millichap has promoted Gordon Navarre to the role of regional manager of the firm’s Detroit office. Navarre began his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2006 in the Detroit office and most recently served as a first vice president, investments, and associate director of the firm’s National Multi-Housing Group.
