Intersect Illinois announced Illinois Central College (ICC) President Dr. Sheila Quirk-Bailey has joined its board of directors. Quirk-Bailey will support Intersect Illinois’ efforts to attract new business and investment.
Dave Lancaster has joined Cushman & Wakefield as executive managing director in the firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance platform. Based in Chicago, Lancaster will provide Equity, Debt & Structured Finance services focused on capital markets advisory for production home builders throughout the U.S.
Colliers Minneapolis has hired Lisa Christianson, a veteran broker and Minneapolis businesswoman. Previously, Lisa was the founder, owner and operator of Christianson & Company Commercial Real Estate Services (Christianson & Company). She joins Colliers as a senior vice president.
Lee & Associates of Illinois announced Michael Petrik has been promoted to senior associate. Petrik joined Lee & Associates of Illinois in 2021 as a retail specialist focused on the metropolitan Chicago and Central Illinois markets. He represents both tenants and landlords in retail property sales and leasing. Petrik works alongside Rick Scardino, Principal and Director of Retail.
MRI Software, a real estate solutions and services provider, has promoted two key members of its leadership team to support growth and client success. Eric Walsh has been promoted to EVP, Executive Managing Director of North America, and Terry Keller has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
The Inland Real Estate Group has named Stacey Gore-Brown its new Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President. As Inland’s Chief Human Resources Officer and EVP, Gore-Brown is responsible for developing and executing the human resources strategy in support of the organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction.
