Ryan Companies announced the appointment of Elizabeth Holmes as vice president of capital markets, private capital. In her role, Holmes is focused on cultivating new and unique capital relationships while also managing existing partnerships. Holmes’ background includes serving as vice president of private capital at several family offices and a family-owned development firm, where she led efforts to secure the first outside capital for real estate investments. 

CBRE announced that Blake Scinta, CCIM, has joined its Louisville office as a First Vice President with CBRE Industrial & Logistics. In this role, Scinta will work alongside Tom Sims, Doug Butcher, Kevin Grove and Alex Grove, providing leasing and sales services to industrial tenants, landlords and investors throughout the region. Colliers | U.S. announced that Matthew C. Hrubes has joined the company as Managing Director and Brokerage Market Leader for St. Louis, Missouri. In his new role, Hrubes will oversee all brokerage operations, recruitment, retention, and business development. He will report to Julie Northcutt-Dunn, Executive Managing Director | South-Central Region.
