JLL has appointed Travis McCready as the Head of Industries, Leasing Advisory. In this new role, he now oversees brokerage and advisory for JLL’s key global industry verticals, including Aerospace and Defense, Data Centers, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Life Sciences and Technology.

JLL also recently formed the Consumer Goods and Services division within the Work Dynamics Americas organization. Led by Division President Matt Weko, this reorganization reflects a continued and growing focus on retail, consumer products, media and entertainment, professional services and telecommunications organizations.

Regency Commercial Associates has promoted Jamie Edmonson to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Edmonson, who previously served as the Vice President of Leasing, will assume leadership of the property management department in addition to his current leadership of the leasing, lease administration, and construction departments.

Jordan Kavana, entrepreneur and founder and chairman of ARK Homes For Rent, was elected to the board of directors of Schostak Brothers & Company, a Michigan-based industrial, residential, and mixed-use developer.

Interra Realty has promoted Paul Waterloo to the role of managing partner and Harrison Pinkus to the role of managing director. Interra has also hired Joe Braun as a director and Andrew Stassi as an associate.
