JLL has hired Marsha McVicker as the solutions development principal of its healthcare division. In this role, she will be responsible for developing growth strategies. McVicker brings 25 years of experience serving healthcare systems with her to JLL. Based in Chicago, McVicker reports to Jessica Pernicone, Head of Solutions Development, and will work in partnership with Cheryl Carron, COO of Work Dynamics Americas and President of the Healthcare Division.

Harrison Street has hired Mark Heavey as vice president of development and Investments within its digital team. In this position, Heavey will lead deal origination efforts and manage the investment pipeline, advancing HSAM’s digital strategy with a focus on hyperscale and operationally complex data center opportunities.

Nicholas & Associates has hired Mark Hans as senior Wisconsin business development manager to help expand the construction firm’s presence and drive growth in the state. A 15-year veteran in construction business development, Hans will build a pipeline of education, multifamily, industrial, municipal/civic and sports/athletic field projects for Nicholas & Associates, starting in southeast Wisconsin.

Marcus & Millichap announced that Michael Tomlin has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office as director of investments. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Tomlin spent seven years as an associate at The Dickman Company Inc. During his tenure, he averaged approximately $13 million in annual transaction volume. Tomlin will focus on industrial investment sales throughout Wisconsin.

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated, announced that eleven rental communities from its national management portfolio were named 2025 resident satisfaction award winners. In addition, two of those same Draper and Kramer-managed rental communities also won an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction. Draper and Kramer also recently announced that Tim Kramer, vice president and director of operations and management services, was named the 2027 Institute of Real Estate Management secretary/treasurer nominee.
