Hilco Global announced that Lauren Leach has joined the firm as senior director, receivership advisory, specializing in fiduciary services. She will support the continued growth and expansion of the Hilco Global Receivership practice. Leach joins Hilco Global to work alongside Matt Mason, who leads the firm’s receivership practice following its launch in 2023. In her role, she will help oversee and operate the receivership platform while also supporting new business development initiatives.

PREMIER Design + Build Group made two major national leadership promotions, promoting Mark Melone to chief operations officer and Ron Nelsen to executive vice president. Melone has played a critical role in shaping the company’s operational structure and long-term stability, while Nelsen has made a lasting impact on its field operations and culture.

Savills welcomed the addition of Michael Bennett, corporate managing director, and Addison Williams, managing director, capital markets, to the firm’s Detroit office. Bennett brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience, advising occupiers on industrial and office strategies at the local, national, and global levels. Williams brings eight years of investment sales experience at CBRE, where he was a member of the firm’s net lease property group.

BKV Group, a holistic, multidisciplinary design firm, announced the addition of two new hires in the firm’s Chicago practice site. Charles Swanson has joined the firm as senior design leader and development managing partner, while Kelsey Fissinger will serve as director of business development and senior associate.

Eric Luhrsen has joined Lee & Associates as a vice president. He brings more than eight years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, most recently with Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in early education facilities, retail properties, and single-tenant net-lease investment sales.

Becknell Industrial has launched a private, perpetual life industrial income REIT: Becknell Industrial Income Trust, Inc. The fund will have access to Becknell’s existing portfolio of wholly owned industrial properties that are fully aligned with the fund’s objectives. Additional acquisitions will be sourced largely from Becknell’s existing build-to-suit development pipeline and stabilized development projects.
