Graycor announced that Dave Wing has been promoted to CEO from President and COO of the Graycor family of companies. Wing joined Graycor as a project engineer in 1991 and has been promoted several times throughout the past 33 years, helping to grow the company through safety leadership, client engagement, and performance excellence.

Buffalo Grove, Illinois-based PREMIER Design + Build Group announced the retirement of Karl Hoermann, Senior Vice President and Director of Construction for the Northeast Division. During his tenure at PREMIER, Hoermann made significant contributions to the Northeast Division, not only by establishing strong client and community relationships but also by expanding PREMIER’s footprint in the region.

Marcus & Millichap completed the sale of Eddie Merlot’s, a triple net leased restaurant property located in Warrenville, Illinois. The property sold for $1.9 million. Mendoza, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private out-of-state investor.
