Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) has welcomed Brad Moeller to its team as vice president. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, Moeller will spearhead PMA’s student housing development and project management practice and leverage his extensive background in the vertical to deliver innovative, high-quality student housing projects on behalf of PMA’s clients.

Brennan Investment Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Luke McCarthy to senior vice president within its national single tenant net lease (STNL) platform. In his new role, McCarthy will continue to lead the sourcing of single-tenant net lease investments and sale-leasebacks across the U.S. and will also oversee the asset management and monetization of these investments.

JLL announced that Brian Page will join the firm as a director in its retail investment sales team. With eight years of experience in the field and having worked on $1.9 billion in retail transactions, Page will be partnering with Michael Nieder to continue to grow the firm’s open-air shopping center investment sales and advisory business in the Midwest.

Essex Realty Group announced the promotion of Rick Ofman to managing director. Ofman, who joined Essex in 2021, has played an instrumental role in the firm’s growth, working alongside Doug Imber and Kate Varde to successfully close over $374 million in investment sales transactions.

BWE announced the joining of two teams in its Columbus office, creating a strong mortgage banking group in the Midwest. An experienced team of loan originators and production support staff, led by Chad Kiner and A.J. Mangan, formerly with Walker & Dunlop, has united with BWE’s Columbus team, already recognized as the largest mortgage lender in Central Ohio.

Xroads Real Estate Advisors has elevated Kirsten Bowersox to the role of president, from chief operating officer. Suzanne Hendrick, who joined the firm in April 2024 as executive vice president, will take over from Bowersox in the role of chief operating officer. Bowersox will focus primarily on setting the firm’s strategic direction and building its property management and back-office accounting services portfolio.

Chris Nelson and Calvin Gunn, principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the landlord, Mapletree Investments. John Pikarski of JD Partners represented Art Vidar Cabinetry, a kitchen cabinet wholesaler and distributor.
