Kiser Group has promoted Will Mast to advisor. Mast began his tenure at Kiser as an associate, and in his new role, he will continue to leverage his extensive knowledge of the Midwest markets to present customized investment opportunities to clients. Within just a few months, Masthas helped secure notable listings, including apartments in Illinois and Indiana, as well as a portfolio deal in DeKalb.

BKV Group, a holistic, multidisciplinary design firm, today announced the addition of Kyle Yardley, AIA, LEED AP, as Government Managing Partner for its Chicago practice site. An industry veteran with more than three decades of experience, Yardley will support the expansion of the firm’s national government platform, which designs a range of civic facilities, including city halls, justice complexes, law enforcement centers, fire stations, and civic and community spaces. Yardley brings over 30 years of architecture experience to BKV Group, having worked on high-rise multifamily, mixed-use and commercial projects.

Skender has hired experienced business growth executive and strategic account leader Matthew Nemshick as director of data center accounts. In this new role, Nemshick will assist in expanding Skender’s footprint in mission-critical construction, which comprises essential, always-on facilities such as data centers and other high-tech infrastructure. Nemshick joins Skender with 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He previously worked in business growth roles at Clune Construction Company, DW Hammer and Kelso-Burnett.

Northmarq’s Kansas City office has announced the addition of Casey Wilhm to its Multifamily Investment Sales team. Wilhm will serve as senior vice president, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties across the country. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a background in real estate law and appraisal, Wilhm brings a variety of expertise and holds real estate brokers licenses in the states of California, Florida, Kansas and Missouri. He has represented a range of clients and completed more than $1 billion in transactions on all asset types since 2000.

Essex Realty Group, Inc. announced that it is expanding its suburban brokerage team with the addition of associate Jimmy Donahue. Donahue joins the team of Brian Karmowski, Anthony Citriglia, Mariano Mollo, Karla Galva, and William Crossen. In this role, he will focus on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets throughout the South and West suburbs. Prior to joining Essex, Donahue spent two years selling multifamily properties at the nation’s largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage. Jimmy also spent four years in management consulting, where he helped corporate clients improve their financial performance and operational efficiency.
