Northmarq is pleased to announce the expansion of its Minneapolis Debt + Equity team by welcoming Senior Vice President Lucas Goring, who will source debt and equity across various asset classes and help expand our client offerings in this market. Goring will report to Dan Trebil, regional managing director of Debt + Equity in Northmarq’s Minneapolis office.

Ryan Companies US, Inc., a national commercial real estate solutions provider, today announces the appointment of Kevin Mulhall as Chief Investment Officer. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in real estate investment and development, Mulhall will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to the company as it relates to debt and equity partners, capital markets, and portfolio/asset management.

Marcus & Millichap announced the promotion of Brett Hatcher to the role of Executive Managing Director in their Columbus office. This title is the highest an investment professional can attain inside the firm. Hatcher’s promotion makes him one of two with the title in Self-Storage within the company.  

Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) has officially confirmed Charles El-Moussa’s arrival as the company’s new General Counsel. El-Moussa will play a crucial role in providing legal guidance to MRED’s ongoing strategic discussions, ensuring one of the country’s largest multiple listings services continues to stay ahead of the curve and navigate the complex challenges of the modern real estate landscape.

Jan Matheson has joined Regency Properties, a commercial real estate company specializing in County Seat Communities, as a leasing administration coordinator. The firm has also promoted Joleen Stevens to senior property management coordinator. Stevens started her career with Regency in March 2024 as a Property Management Coordinator and elevated Misty Sellers to HR Generalist.

Gavin Thomas has joined Columbus, Ohio-based Steiner + Associates as Executive Vice President, Development. In his new role, Thomas will complement Steiner’s executive team with his extensive experience in the mixed-use and hospitality sectors. He will focus on creating design-driven projects that enhance the quality of life for the local communities in which they reside.
