Bank of America has named Drew Slocum as president of Bank of America Wisconsin. As president, Slocum will lead the Wisconsin market and will be responsible for connecting clients, teammates and communities to the bank’s eight lines of businesses. Slocum joined Bank of America in Chicago and returned home to Wisconsin in 2013 as the state’s first Global Commercial Banking relationship manager.
Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has expanded its investment sales team in the Midwest with the addition of industry veteran Jeff Stingley. Based in Kansas City, Jeff will be a managing director specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties across the Midwest for institutional and private clients. Jeff brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Walker & Dunlop and was most recently an executive vice president in CBRE’s Kansas City office and top producer 10 out of the last 12 years.
Chicago-based Mary Cook Associates (MCA), a national, award-winning commercial interior design firm, today announced the hiring of Peggie Grossman as a business development associate. In this role, Grossman will combine her real estate and design expertise to collaborate with firm leaders to identify and pursue new business opportunities across established and emerging markets and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
Lee & Associates announced that Jackie Konrath has joined the firm as a senior associate. Konrath brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate, encompassing roles in brokerage, property management, and marketing support. In her position at Lee & Associates, she will focus primarily on representing owners and tenants of retail properties.
