JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) announced that it has appointed Ben Jackson as the Global Head of Development Services. Jackson will oversee development advisory, development management, cost management and project controls for PDS.

The Inland Real Estate Group has appointed Michael Beringer as its Chief Financial Officer. Beringer will be responsible for managing Inland’s finance function and assisting in identifying opportunities to deploy capital across Inland’s expanding commercial real estate platform.

Interra Realty has hired Tommy Richard as an associate. This is the third new hire for the growing company over the past three months. Richard will work alongside Senior Managing Partner Joe Smazal and Director Mark Dykstra, according to David Goss and Jon Morgan, co-founders and managing principals of Interra. Specializing in the north side of Chicagoland, Richard will focus on market analysis, asset valuation and business development.

The Apartment Source Management and Westward360 announced a strategic merger. The Apartment Source will transfer its property management portfolio to Westward360 to focus on its core strength in leasing and drive long-term growth for both companies.

Entre Commercial Realty has leased a truck maintenance and trailer parking facility at 13235 SW Highway in Orland Park, Illinois. The 32,885 square foot facility with over 5.20 acres of outside storage and trailer parking was previously owned by AT&T and was renovated in 2024. Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, Elisabeth Lazzara, and Chris Wilbur of Entre Commercial Realty represented the Landlord in this transaction.
