The Illinois Quantum and Microelectronics Park (IQMP) announced Oscar Bedolla as its new Chief Strategy Officer, a key leadership role supporting the Park’s long-term growth, partnerships and management. In this role, Bedolla will help streamline project execution and align public and private-sector stakeholders to advance the IQMP’s vision and deliver real economic benefits in South Chicago, the city and the state. 

Colliers announced that Hunter Alexander has joined the firm as senior vice president. Hunter brings a decade of commercial real estate experience to the role. Hunter’s career includes leadership experience at Stream Realty Partners in Austin, Texas and Pace Properties | Avison Young in St. Louis, Missouri, where he exclusively focused on tenant representation and supporting clients on local and national real estate requirements.

Dan Wolowicz has joined Clear Height Properties as director of culture & talent, where he will lead the company’s people strategy and human resources operations in support of its continued growth across a vertically integrated industrial real estate platform. In this role, Wolowicz is responsible for aligning recruiting, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational practices.

Bank of America announced that Olena Lifset, Global Commercial Banking market executive, will become its new Oklahoma City president. She succeeds Tony Shinn, who successfully led the market since 2008, and is retiring after 20 years with the company.

Regency Properties has promoted Jennifer Tabor to director of leasing. She will be responsible for maintaining the flow of lease agreements for Regency-owned and managed properties. Tabor has worked with Regency Properties for more than eight years, advancing from coordinator of leasing in Evansville, Indiana, to her current role as leasing and marketing director.
