Lee & Associates of Illinois recently promoted three Chicago-based brokerage professionals across its industrial and office platforms.
– Andrew Block has been promoted to executive vice president. Block has been with Lee & Associates for over seven years, focusing on Chicago’s west suburban marketplace. His expertise is in helping businesses with property sales, real estate purchases, new lease transactions and lease renewals. Block has also represented multiple companies on their build-to-suit projects and negotiated construction contracts for building expansions.
– Carole Caveney has been promoted to senior vice president. Caveney joined Lee & Associates in 2020 and serves a wide range of clients and assignments, primarily in the South and Southwest Cook area and the East/West Corridor. She specializes in the leasing and disposition of office and commercial properties and land sites and represents both tenants and buyers as well.
– Dylan Maher has been promoted to senior vice president. He has been with the company since 2020 and focuses on industrial leasing and sales in the South Chicago, South Cook and I-55 Corridor industrial markets. Maher will continue to leverage his extensive network to facilitate transactions on behalf of private companies, financial institutions, investors and developers in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial assets.
Kiser Group has promoted Danny Logarakis to Senior Director. Logarakis is active in the multifamily market in Chicago’s far North Side, helping clients achieve their real estate goals. He Logarakis has received numerous awards, including being named a “Broker of the Year” finalist in 2023. Logarakis’ track record includes closing notable sales, such as a $7.6 million transaction in Edgewater, a $9.8 million closing in Rogers Park, and the closing of a $23 million portfolio on the north side of Chicago in 2022.
Walker & Dunlop, Inc. recently welcomed three CBRE veterans – Managing Directors, Steve LaMotte Jr. and Dane Wilson, as well as Associate Director Ross Wettersten to its Midwest Investment Sales team led by Todd Stofflet. The team will represent both institutional and private clients across the Midwestern markets, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties. Joining Walker & Dunlop with a proven track record in Indiana and Kentucky, they have over 50 years of combined experience and have originated a combined $6.7 billion of volume throughout their careers.
The Chicago Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) presented the Richard G. Levy President’s Award to Garry Weiss, SIOR, Vice President and National Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives at ARCO/Murray. One recipient is chosen each year by the SIOR Chicago Chapter Executive Board as a member they feel exemplifies outstanding achievements both in and out of the commercial real estate industry.
Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has hired Bridget Goggin as Senior Commercial Property Manager in Chicago. Goggin, who brings more than 20 years of business and real estate experience to CRC, previously worked as General Manager for RPT Realty, Inc. She will oversee all asset and property management functions for a portfolio of five retail centers that encompass approximately one million square feet of space and are contained in Chicago suburban areas.
Colliers has brokered the sale of The Green on Meridian, a two-building medical office portfolio totaling 58,158 square feet in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel. The sales price was undisclosed. The three-story buildings are 25 percent occupied by ten tenants. Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport and Bryce Wetzel of Colliers represented the seller, NAYA Investment & Management. A private investor was the buyer.
