  • Intersect Illinois recently welcomed Curt Bailey, President of Related Midwest, to its board of directors. Bailey will bring his experience in real estate development to help Intersect Illinois, which works with industry, academic, civic and government partners to make it easier for companies to expand and navigate the site selection process.
  • LCS, the nation’s third-largest senior living provider, has promoted David Mercugliano to vice president of business development. In his new role, Mercugliano will lead business development initiatives to expand management and development opportunities that grow top-line revenue for the LCS Family of Companies.
  • Johnny Joyce has joined Entre Commercial Realty to expand the firm’s coverage in the North and Northwest Chicago suburban markets. He specializes in the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of industrial, office, land, and investment properties.
  • Friedman Real Estate has welcomed Ian Studders as director of commercial property management. Studders will oversee a portfolio of office, retail, and light industrial properties located throughout Michigan. He will be based out of the Farmington Hills corporate headquarters and oversee property management operations.
  • Marquette Companies, a national multifamily development, investment and management firm, added Jack Devedjian to its team as director of capital projects and facilities. In his new role, Devedjian will oversee capital programs and construction projects as a member of the firm’s leadership team. Most recently, Devedjian served as vice president of facilities management and engineering at Chicago-based Habitat, where he directed and managed long-term capital projects.
  • The Marcus & Millichap downtown Chicago office’s Jack Stanton has partnered with Kyle Stengle to form the Stengle Stanton Group of Marcus & Millichap. Specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, the Stengle Stanton Group has more than 25 years of collective industry experience and a history of selling over $1.3 billion in assets.
  • Waterton, a national real estate investor and operator, has hired Hilary Hudson Hosek as senior vice president of human resources. She will be based in Chicago and focus on driving talent development, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Husdon Hosek previously held various leadership roles at the Illinois Institute of Technology, GGP (now Brookfield Properties), and Heidrick & Struggles.
  • Baird & Warner, Illinois’ largest family-owned independent real estate services company, has promoted Anthony Mehrabian to vice president, designated managing broker at its Winnetka office. Mehrabian joined Baird & Warner in 2021 as an agent, and, in his new role, will supervise and support 42 broker associates, including two newly recruited agents.
