Chicago Electric Expands into 47K-SF Hanover Park Space

Chicago Electric signed a new, 46,559-square-foot lease at 865 Muirfield Dr. in the Turnberry Lakes Business Center in Hanover Park, IL. Transwestern senior EVP Michael Marconi and EVPs Joe Karmin and Justin Lerner represented Chicago Electric.

Chicago Electric offers products, systems and complete machine solutions for automation in a range of industries. With the company’s business growing, Chicago Electric was looking to relocate from its 14,000-square-foot lease in Carol Stream and expand into a new corporate headquarters and showroom.

“Chicago Electric had a unique requirement, and 865 Muirfield was the right property to accommodate its needs,” said Marconi. “The building has an existing office and showroom capabilities, and it is located in a prestigious business park with excellent highway proximity.”

The industrial warehouse is two miles from the Hanover Park Commuter Rail, three miles from the Schaumburg Commuter Rail and 30 minutes from O’Hare International Airport.
