Chevy Chase Land Leases 28K-SF Across DC Metro 

The Chevy Chase Land Company has secured leases totaling 27,664 square feet of office space between the firm’s 2 Bethesda Metro in downtown Bethesda and 2 Wisconsin Circle in the Friendship Heights area of Chevy Chase. Leases closed in December 2023 included Open Industrial (5,431 sf) and Precise Target (3,194 sf) at 2 Bethesda Metro, and Eye Doctors of Washington (13,938 sf) and New Century (5,101 sf) at 2 Wisconsin Circle.  

“We initiated renovations at 2 Bethesda Metro knowing there was, and remains, increasing demand for office space adjacent to Metro and significant parking, as well as the abundance of restaurants and retail, especially at Bethesda Row,” said The Chevy Chase Land Company CEO, John Ziegenhein.
