Chevy Chase Lake’s Third Residential Building Reveals First Look
Bozzuto and The Chevy Chase Land Company have unveiled The Claude, a new residential building in Chevy Chase Lake, Maryland. The 13-story building encompasses 186 apartment residences and offers 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
The building’s amenities include a chic lobby, a panoramic rooftop deck, social lounges, and access to the amenities of the sister building, The Barrett. Chevy Chase Lake also features The Town Square, a new outdoor gathering space, and is home to various retailers.
The development is part of the second phase of the larger Chevy Chase Lake neighborhood and is connected to future community events. The Claude began move-ins in May 2023 and is managed by Bozzuto.
