Chetrit Organization’s Parkhill City Opens Leasing Office

The Chetrit Organization’s Parkhill City multifamily project in the Jamaica section of Queens has opened its leasing office. The two-building complex, which faces Rufus King Park, will have 483 studio- through three-bedroom apartments featuring contemporary finishes, hardwood floors high ceilings, and oversized windows.

Among the complex’s attraction is its proximity to multiple transit options, including the F subway line, the Long Island Rail Road, and the JFK AirTrain. The complex is also near the Van Wyck Expressway and Belt Parkway.

“While already located in a dynamic residential community, Parkhill City also sets a benchmark for new luxury residential projects,” said Michael Waldner, managing partner, Mishkan Group, the complex’s leasing agent.

“The accessibility of the location, combined with its superior design and outstanding lifestyle features, will attract a diverse mix of quality-seeking residents from all over the city and beyond.”

Parkhill City is earmarked for a late summer/early fall 2019 opening.
