Chestnut Realty Acquires New Hampshire Apartment Community for $14M

Chestnut Realty Partners has acquired Brookstone Manor, a 92-unit market-rate apartment community in Milford, N.H. for $13.5 million.

Built in 1985, Brookstone Manor is a 92-unit 100% market-rate apartment community consisting of four separate garden-style buildings as well as a two-story duplex building. The community is also nearby employment centers in Manchester, Merrimack and Nashua. Brookstone offers an amenity package that includes on-site storage, dog park, playground and grilling stations.

Simon Butler and Biria St. John of CBRE represented the seller, Aspen Square Management, in the transaction.
