Chesapeake Corporate Advisors Relocating to Harbor East 

Chesapeake Corporate Advisors is relocating to Baltimore, Maryland. They have signed a lease for 5,283 square feet of space at 1001 Fleet Street, a mixed-use building in Harbor East. The move is planned for December.  

The company works with business owners to help attract liquidity through a recapitalization, optimize its current value and growth potential or execute a sale. The group focuses its activities on companies operating in the engineering and construction, government and information technology and healthcare sectors. 

1001 Fleet Street is a nine-story mixed-use building featuring more than 270,000 square feet of space. Joe Bradley of MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant and Brian Wyatt of Cushman & Wakefield represented Harbor East Management Group in this lease transaction.
