Cherryman Industries Takes Entire Grand Lakes 4053

Cherryman Industries leased the entirety of Grand Lakes 4053 in Grand Prairie, TX. The tenant, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of sustainable office furniture, is taking the entire 189,200-square-foot warehouse at 4053 Grand Lakes Pkwy., which was developed, and just delivered, by Duke Realty.

Krista Raymond and Dave Anderson with CBRE represented Cherryman Industries on the lease, while Randy Wood advised Duke Realty. The building is in the Great Southwest Industrial submarket.
