Chempak International Chooses Tax-Friendly Stafford
A long-term full-building 156,726-square-foot industrial lease was recently negotiated on behalf of Chempak International. Situated on 19.2 acres, the facility is located at 10421 Mula Rd. in Stafford, TX.
Avison Young’s Anthony Squillante, Drew Coupe and Josh Morrow of the firm’s Houston office represented Chempak International, a Houston-based logistics company. The landlord, Crow Holdings Industrial, was represented by Walter Menuet, Barkley Peschel and Jason Scholtz of Colliers.
“10421 Mula Rd. was ideal for Chempak, given its location adjacent to one of its other facilities as well as the advantageous tax structure that the city of Stafford offers,” said Squillante.
Chempak will begin move-in early next year.
“Chempak chose to move a portion of its operations to Fort Bend County for the tax advantages afforded to both inbound and outbound inventory,” adds Coupe.
The new construction class-A property has 122 parking spaces, includes a small office space and is within Weatherford Farms Industrial Park.
