Chemical Manufacturer Renews Office Lease in Parsippany
Signature Acquisitions, an owner and manager of suburban office space throughout New Jersey and suburban New York, has signed AdvanSix to an 18,000-square-foot lease renewal at 300 Kimball Dr., the firm’s 400,000-square-foot, Class A office property in Parsippany, NJ. Formerly a division of Honeywell, AdvanSix produces nylon solutions, plant nutrients and chemical intermediates.
“New Jersey has a strong ecosystem of innovative companies and our properties are ideal corporate homes for tenants whose businesses reflect where the economy is headed,” said Sandy Monaghan, SVP of Signature Acquisitions. “For companies like AdvanSix, location, accessibility and amenities matter, and their renewal at 300 Kimball is a strong vote of confidence in both the building and our proficiency as operators.”
Signature Acquisitions signed 23,500 square feet of leases between July and September 2026: the deal with AdvanSix as well as new leases with NTG Air & Ocean at 6 Commerce Dr. in Cranford, and with MTV Foods at Waterview Plaza in Parsippany.
