Chelsea Piers Fitness Inks Lease for Hudson Square Location

Chelsea Piers Fitness announced on Thursday the upcoming opening of Chelsea Piers Fitness Hudson Square, located at 225 W. Houston St. Slated to open in the second half of 2026, the Hudson Square club will span 50,000 square feet and occupy a full city block.

Amenities at the new location will include dedicated group fitness studios, a strength and cardio floor, a recovery suite, members’ lounge and kids’ clubhouse. “Our newest location in Hudson Square allows us to build the kind of expansive, thoughtfully designed club that can truly serve its neighborhood for decades,” said Sam Bernstein, COO of Chelsea Piers Fitness.

The announcement comes four months after Chelsea Piers Fitness signed a 47,000-square-foot lease at TF Cornerstone’s Tower 57, a 37-story office tower at 135 E. 57th St. in Midtown Manhattan that’s being converted to residential use. The Hudson Square club will be the chain’s sixth in New York City.
