Chelsea Piers Fitness Inks 72K-SF Lease at LIC Residential Tower 

Chelsea Piers Fitness (CPF) has signed a long-term lease to anchor a new residential tower at 24-11 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City’s Court Square. The mixed-use tower will feature approximately 600 apartments and 80,000 square feet of commercial space. 

CPF will occupy a 72,000-square-foot space, becoming its seventh location in the New York City Metro area. The fitness club will offer amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, basketball court, yoga and fitness studios, and extensive cardio and weight training equipment.  

JLL’s Erin Grace and Matt Ogle serve as agents to Chelsea Piers Fitness in the Northeast United States and represented them in this transaction. Tavros and Charney Companies were represented in-house.
