Chef Eyal Shani Will Bring Restaurant Concept to Williamsburg Wharf

Naftali Group and Access Industries have signed an agreement with chef Eyal Shani and Good People Group to introduce a new restaurant concept at Williamsburg Wharf, the 3.75-acre master-planned development and resort-style destination on Williamsburg’s East River shoreline. The restaurant will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet of prime ground-floor retail space along Kent Avenue.

“Welcoming Eyal Shani, the amazing chef behind great restaurants such as Port Sa’id, Michelin-starred Shmoné, HaSalon, Miznon and Malka, will further enrich the retail and cultural experience for both residents and visitors and is an exciting moment for our firm, and this project,” said Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group.

Located at 470 Kent Ave., Williamsburg Wharf will feature approximately 950 residences across five luxury residential towers along with retail and cultural space when completed. Having begun leasing the first residential tower last year, Naftali Group is also slated to launch leasing at Two Williamsburg Wharf and Three Williamsburg Wharf, with move-ins estimated for this spring.
