Chef Daniel Boulud Joins One Vanderbilt

Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud has announced that he will partner with SL Green to develop a new restaurant concept for One Vanderbilt Avenue, the 1,401-foot skyscraper anchoring the modernization of the East Midtown Business District.
“One Vanderbilt Avenue is one of those rare buildings that will be a New York City icon,” Boulud stated.
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) Associates, One Vanderbilt will encompass an entire city block next to Grand Central Terminal. SL Green recently announced its joint venture with The National Pension Service of Korea and Hines Interest LP for the ownership of the 1.7-million-square-foot tower.
