Chef Cyril Lignac to Make NYC Debut at 345 Park Ave.

Bar des Prés, the internationally acclaimed Franco-East Asian restaurant helmed by Chef Cyril Lignac, is set to make its New York City at Rudin’s 345 Park Ave. Following successful openings in Paris, London, Dubai and most recently St Barth’s, this will be its sixth location.

Alongside Bar des Prés, two new concepts by Chef Lignac will open at 345 Park Ave.: a contemporary French brasserie and an artisanal French bakery and café. Totaling 22,000 square feet, the trio of concepts from the Cyril Lignac Group and D.ream International is set to launch in early 2027.

“Chef Cyril Lignac and D.ream’s Bar des Prés will both reflect and enhance the Plaza District’s unparalleled excellence and allure,” said Michael Rudin, Co-CEO of Rudin. “We look forward to welcoming these exceptional new offerings to 345 Park and the surrounding community.”

Steven Soutendijk of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership; John DiGangi and Manu Wendum of Retail by MONA represented D.ream International.
