Chattanooga Apartment Complex Trades for $32M

Real estate developer, owner and operator RADCO has sold Radius Mountain Creek, a 296-unit apartment complex in Chattanooga. The sales price was $32 million. The buyer was a real estate fund managed by Covenant Capital Group. CBRE brokered the transaction.

Located at 936 Mountain Creek Road, the apartment complex blends modern living with vintage charm. Community amenities include a stone grilling station and outdoor fireplace adjacent to the pool and sundeck as well as a pet park, tennis courts, fitness center and playground. The property also features views of Signal Mountain.

“Radius Mountain Creek was one of the most exciting community transformations RADCO has undertaken,” said Norman Radow, CEO at RADCO. “It earned us a great local reputation as we wiped away nearly 50 years of bad architecture and created a modern clean look, with state-of-the-art amenities on an absolutely beautiful campus.”
