Chase Schupp Joins Colliers as Director

Colliers has hired Chase Schupp as a Director with its Chicago office. He will work alongside Alain LeCoque and Ryan Barr, focusing on Corporate Solutions and Tenant Representation work across industrial, office, and healthcare assets in the United States.  

Schupp joins Colliers from Truist’s real estate investment banking group, where he worked as an investment banking associate and focused on principal equity investments in industrial and office net lease assets. While there, he was on a team that closed $1 billion of sale-leaseback acquisitions and build-to-suit development projects. His background in principal investing and deep knowledge of capital markets allows him to provide tenants with a unique approach to developing and executing real estate strategies.  

Schupp also covered the investment bank’s Transportation & Logistics, Building Products, and Infrastructure Services clients from a real estate advisory perspective. In addition, he was responsible for covering real estate developer clients and prospects in the Sunbelt region. Schupp is a graduate of Tulane University.
