Chase Industries Takes Down GSW North Building 1

Chase Industries pre-leased Liberty Park GSW North Building 1, a 172,120-square-foot, speculative industrial facility being developed by Liberty Property Trust. Shell construction on the building, which is in the Great Southwest submarket of Irving, TX, will be completed by the end of October.

Kurt Griffin, Nathan Orbin and David Eseke with Cushman & Wakefield represented Liberty Property Trust in negotiations. Colliers International represented the tenant. Chase Industries, headquartered in Cincinnati, manufactures custom traffic doors and specialty industrial traffic door systems.

The building is at 5350 Frye Rd. and features a front-park, rear-load layout and 36’ clear height. Said Eseke: “We felt a new building with modern amenities and the ability to fully secure the property was always going to be attractive to both the existing GSW tenant base and the groups looking to plant a flag in DFW.”
