Chase Bank, Dok Khao Join Falls Church Retail Lineup

Hoffman & Associates recently announced two new retailers are coming to the West Falls neighborhood in Falls Church: Dok Khao Thai Eatery and a Chase Bank branch. Delivering later this year, West Falls will span nearly 10 acres and feature 1.2 million square feet of development at full buildout.

Chase Bank is further expanding its footprint into the Greater Washington area. Earlier this year, the New York-based financial giant said it planned to open more than 500 new branches over the next three years, including 30 new branches in the D.C. region and 190 across Maryland, Virginia, and the District combined.

Dok Khao Thai Eatery will be located at 180 West Falls Station Boulevard and is slated to open in August 2025. The Chase Bank location will open in April 2025 at 118 West Falls Station Boulevard. “We’re excited to welcome Dok Khao and Chase Bank to West Falls as we near the completion of this vibrant neighborhood,” said Maria Thompson, President of Hoffman & Associates.
