Charlotte’s Web Commits to 10 Years at Colorado Technology Center

CBD extract-products company Charlotte’s Web signed a 10-year deal for 136,610 square feet at 700 Tech Court in Louisville, CO, near Boulder CO. The tenant, which currently occupies 39,761 square feet, was represented by Justin Rayburn and Dawn McCombs with Avison Young. The lease is with landlord Etkin Johnson.

The tenant will occupy the entire building, with move-in scheduled for early 2020. The facility is on the Colorado Technology Center’s Louisville Corporate Campus, which is along the Northwest Parkway/U.S. 36 Corridor in Boulder County.

“Charlotte’s Web desired to enhance its R & D, production and distribution capabilities for the company’s explosive growth and to stay close to its headquarters location in Boulder,” said Rayburn. “The 700 Tech Court offered a blank slate for the company to custom-design and construct a state-of-the- art facility – and the business park also provides expansion opportunities, as Charlotte’s Web continues to grow.”
