Charlotte’s 2nd Largest Residential Tower Opens Doors

Riverside Investment & Development and Woodfield Development announced that first move-ins are underway at VIVIAN, the 42-story residential tower at Queensbridge Collective. Rising at 111 E. Carson Blvd., VIVIAN is now the second-tallest residential building in the Carolinas.

VIVIAN introduces 409 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, ranging from 558 to 2,180 square feet. The tower will be joined by a 43-story mixed-use office and residential tower at 1111 S. Tryon Street, which is currently under construction, with more than 20,000 square feet of retail, and 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.  Costs are estimated at $725 million.

The project is designed by Goettsch Partners with construction by Clark Construction Group.

Amenities are distributed across multiple levels of the building, including a ninth-floor fitness center with indoor and outdoor components, a 10th-floor resident lounge featuring bowling and virtual golf, and a 42nd-floor rooftop pool deck with grilling stations and panoramic skyline views.
