HMF Americana focuses on high-end rental communities. The Charlotte Business Journal reports the Stallings project will include an internal main street framed by small, two-story buildings, and a mix of detached cottages and duplexes.

The company says its model is tailored, scalable and designed to serve an unmet demand in the market.

HMF Americana’s website states that it is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. The firm also has a Southeast office in Charlotte. HMF Americana is looking to add projects in the Charlotte and Greenville, South Carolina, markets.
