The Class A residential community comprises 241 rental units, 8 for-rent townhomes, and a 289-space structured parking garage. The financing provided by RXR’s Credit Solutions Platform will be used to complete the development and stabilize the property. 

The development, constructed by Taft Family Ventures, features a robust amenity package that includes a private heated pool, a rooftop lounge with panoramic views of Montford and Myers Park, coworking spaces, a fitness center and yoga room, and a business center. Located directly across from the Park Road Shopping Center and adjacent to the Myers Park neighborhood, Adler Montford Park offers residents walkable access to over 100 restaurants and shops, as well as the Little Sugar Creek Greenway.
