Charlie Rimkus Joins Northmarq Richmond Office as SVP 

Charlie Rimkus has been appointed as senior vice president at Northmarq’s Richmond office. In his new role, Rimkus will focus on raising and structuring institutional equity investments for multifamily operators and developers.  

“We’re thrilled to have Charlie join the Northmarq platform,” said Chris Doerr, managing director at the Washington D.C. office. “He’s an industry leader in providing equity solutions to institutional clients and will help strengthen our team covering the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.” 

Rimkus brings expertise in co-GP partnerships, limited partner investments, preferred equity, and programmatic ventures. His previous experience includes director of equity & structured finance at Capstone Companies, where he specialized in equity investments. Rimkus has been an active member of organizations like the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate.
