Charley Simpson Joins Colliers’ Southwest Team

Colliers International hired veteran retail investment broker Charley Simpson to join the firm’s recently-announced Southwest Retail Capital Markets Team. Simpson, with the title of Senior Vice President, will work under the direction of the team’s newly-appointed Executive Vice President, El Warner.

Simpson’s previous position was with Cushman & Wakefield, where he had the position of Managing Director. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he partnered with Dixie Walker on the disposition and acquisition of more than 100 commercial properties in the west and southwestern U.S., in transactions valued at more than $2.7 billion. Simpson also had similar positions with NKF and CBRE.

Colliers’ Southwest Region covers Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico and Utah. Simpson will operate out of the firm’s Orange County office in Irvine, CA.
