Charleston MF Property Trades for $19M

Berkadia has arranged the $19.5 million sale of Oasis at West Ashley, a garden-style multifamily property in Charleston.

Located at 1751 Dogwood Road, the 116-unit community was built in 1979 and features newly-renovated kitchens, walk-in closets and patio or balcony options. The sales price reflects a per-unit price of $167,672. The property was 96 percent occupied at the time of the sale.

Mark Boyce and Blake Coffey of Berkadia’s Charleston office represented the seller, New York-based URS Capital Partners. The buyer was not disclosed.
