Charleston MF Community Trades for $51M

VTT Management has acquired Paxton Point Hope, a 274-unit multifamily community in Charleston for $51.1 million.

Located at 201 Sawyer Circle in northeast Charleston, the community offers studio through three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include a fitness center, clubhouse, saltwater swimming pool, game room, dog park and an outdoor grilling area. The property was completed earlier this summer by developer Spectrum Cos.

Capstone Apartment Partners represented the seller, the Spectrum Cos., in the transaction. The property was 35% occupied at the time of the sale.
