Charlesgate Tapped to Manage Two Metro Boston Apartment Communities

Charlesgate Property Management has been tapped by the Procopio Cos. to manage Ironwood Apartments in Lynn, MASS. and Sedna Beverly Waterfront Apartments in Beverly, MASS.

Charlesgate Property Management currently manages over 3,500 units comprising a value of over $2 billion in assets and tailors its hospitality-based services to each individual client. At Ironwood and Sedna, Charlesgate will bring its solution-oriented reputation to act as a strategic partner to The Procopio Cos. Procopio is a rapidly expanding development firm with $236 million in construction starts scheduled for 2021 and 1,480 apartment and condo units in the pipeline for delivery by 2023.
