Charles Dunn Names David Pinsel to Lead Brokerage Business

Los Angeles-based Charles Dunn Company named David Pinsel as president of its brokerage services division, replacing Walter F. Conn. Pinsel is a highly experienced manager, recruiter, and top producing broker, who most recently served as managing director with Colliers International.

During his 15-year CRE career, Pinsel earned a solid reputation for leadership at Colliers in Southern California and Texas, Sperry Van Ness, and Marcus & Millichap.

Conn, who moves into a managing principal role, says the change is timed to “elevate” Charles Dunn’s presence as it looks towards “expanding our geographic scope.”

Pinsel says his large company experience prepared him for the challenges he’ll face growing a regional company. “By cultivating the existing corporate culture and attracting the right kind of talent, we will enable this firm to become a much more prominent and successful industry player.”
