Chandler’s Multifamily Community, The Ventura Apartments, Sold by Seattle-Based Investors
Thayer Manca Residential (TMR) sold the Ventura Apartments, a 272-unit property for an undisclosed sum. TMR bought it in 2017 for $47.6. million, or $175,000 per unit. The company is no stranger to the Arizona market, owning three others in Tucson.
TMR spent $4.1 million to upgrade The Ventura. Highlights included renovations to the clubhouse, fitness center, adding electric charging stations and enhancing the outdoor living space. “We feel fortunate to have owned The Ventura for just under five years, and to have had the opportunity to lean into the repositioning and revitalization of this premiere asset, ” said TMR’s Joe Manca.
