CHA Partners Debuts Senior Living Brand with East Hanover Facility

CHA Partners, a healthcare-focused, full-service, real estate development firm, recently unveiled LIVIA — a new upscale senior living brand with a new facility in East Hanover, NJ, and an additional facility under construction in Totowa, NJ. LIVIA will offer upscale wellness-focused Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long Term Care and Rehabilitation services. 

“LIVIA marks a major step forward in creating innovative, state-of-the-art senior living communities that cater to individual needs and lifestyle preferences,” said Bill Colgan, managing principal at LIVIA and managing partner at CHA Partners. “In developing LIVIA’s mission, we look forward to welcoming a new generation of senior care that prioritizes wellbeing with a focus on a concierge level of service.” 

Transformed from the original Sycamore Living location in East Hanover, the first installment of the LIVIA senior living community will be operational this month. The 100,000-square-foot facility houses 86 skilled nursing beds and 37 beds for assisted living residences.
